Remote Support and Helpdesk

To connect for remote technical assistance, first contact the Helpdesk through the following avenues:

  2. Call your dedicated direct-dial KSM Consulting Helpdesk line. Forgot your number? Call the KSMC front desk for assistance at 317.452.1700.

(The Helpdesk will ring all available consulting during business hours, 8:00 am – 5:00 PM (EST), MondayFriday. Outside of stated business hours, please leave a message and our on-call consultant will respond.)

When contacting the Helpdesk, share your name, company name, phone number, email address, and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing, when it began, and if others are experiencing it as well. This information allows our team to properly prepare for resolution when returning your contact request.
