The Challenge

With technology that was holding back the potential of the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, the State of Indiana was ready to make a shift to modernize its operations.

The Solution

Working with KSMC, the State of Indiana was the first state to successfully modernize a system that integrated Tax, Benefits, and Appeals at launch.

The Results

The launch allowed DWD to realize a wide range of benefits for claimants, employers, and the internal DWD staff utilizing the system. DWD continues to retain KSMC’s project management expertise to oversee the successful support, maintenance, and enhancement of the system.
