Kachur Promoted to VP of Talent, Director Promotions Announced

Indianapolis, Indiana (March 10, 2021 Press Release) — KSM Consulting (“KSMC”), a leading consulting firm specializing in technology, data analytics, and digital transformation, announced today that it has promoted Louonna Kachur to Vice President of Talent. In her new role, Kachur will continue to lead talent acquisition and development strategy for KSMC. Since she was hired as Director of Talent in 2019, Kachur has contributed to hiring and onboarding over 200 new employees including the integration of teams from two acquisitions and launched the KSMC Leadership Academy.

Kachur holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and serves on the boards of Boys and Girls Club of Boone County and Early Learning Indiana. Prior to joining KSMC, Kachur served as the Vice President of Workforce and Organization Development at Early Learning Indiana and the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the commercial health division of Leidos.

In addition to promoting Kachur, KSM Consulting has promoted several people to director-level positions. Bernardo Unzueta, formerly a Senior Data Architect, has been named Director of Data Engineering and Architecture. Unzueta leads a team focused on extracting and delivering business insights from data using the latest methods and technologies for KSMC’s data analytics clients.

Ben Wories has been promoted to Director of Strategy and Outcomes, Public Sector Services. Prior to his promotion, Wories has been with KSMC since 2013 and most recently served as Manager for KSMC’s Design and Analysis team. Wories’ team brings subject matter expertise in healthcare, education, workforce, and more in order to fully support program and policy outcomes through data and technology solutions.

AJ Watson, formerly a Senior Technology Manager, has been promoted to Director of Managed Services. In his new role, Watson leads the team of engineers, system administrators, client service managers, and technical support specialists that delivers IT managed services to clients, including IT strategy, ongoing support, helpdesk, and more.

In February 2021, KSM Consulting announced it had acquired Google Cloud consultancy Tempus Nova—the firm’s third acquisition in 18 months. Since 2018, KSMC has grown its Indiana-based workforce by over 160 percent. Now with more than 300 employees nationwide, KSMC maintains offices in Columbus, Ohio; Lansing, Michigan; and Denver, Colorado, along with its Indianapolis headquarters.
