When a SOC engagement is not appropriate, KSM Consulting can provide custom tailored internal control reviews and agreed upon procedures (AUP) services to address your specific needs. The scope of the services provided in an AUP engagement is limited to those specified processes and procedures that are appropriate for the given situation.
