Charlie Brandt is the managing director for KSM Consulting, LLC. Charlie's primary responsibilities include assisting companies in successfully applying process and technology to support business initiatives and solve business problems. The result of such successful projects is an increased value in a client's business through process efficiencies, cost reduction, cost containment, higher sales volume or better resource management - all of which lead to bottom line improvement. Charlie also oversees KSM Consulting's Business Technology practice.
Charlie has worked in consulting and related areas since 1989. His expertise includes strategic consulting, project management, enterprise application development, application and system architecture and network infrastructure planning and design. His commitment to building long-term professional relationships has enabled him to provide proactive advice that creates true value to his clients' business operations.
Charlie received a Bachelor of Science degree in decision sciences from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
Charlie is a member of Techpoint, the Project Management Institute and the Greenleaf Center for Servant-Leadership. He was one of the first Microsoft Certified Professionals and Microsoft Certified Instructors in the early 1990s. In 2010, Charlie was appointed to the board of directors for NPower, a national nonprofit that brings information technology services to nonprofit organizations and technology training to young adults. He has taught classes on technology, project management and leadership around the country and at national technology tradeshows.
